In Mbeya, Tanzania, Marilyn is always mentioned with praise from local leaders and colleagues. Years of rich sales experience enable her to detect changes in the local market in a timely manner and make timely responses and adjustments at the sales end. She believes that only by being more in line with the actual needs of customers and creating value beyond customers' expectations can we achieve good results in sales performance.
At the same time, for new product launches, store activities and other work, she can actively coordinate the orderly implementation of the team, which reduces the management pressure of the leader.
Since joining the logistics team in Mozambique, Dufa has always been meticulous and responsible. In addition to doing his own work such as driver recruitment and training, handling vehicle documents, and vehicle planning, he has established good public relations with local road administration, customs and other agencies, reducing uncontrollable events during vehicle operation. He always has a heart of love and dedication, fine management, cost reduction and cost control, and helps team management develop into a virtuous circle.

The launch of the ERP system in Zambia in 2022 is one of the core tasks of local finance, of which Nicholas is responsible for testing accounting data and other work. In the face of complex data, he actively organized many discussions and sorted out a complete set of standard opening costs, making important preparations for the system to go live on time. In his daily work, Nicholas assists Chinese employees to give full play to their role as a heritage helper, guiding local colleagues to think independently in the face of problems and mistakes, so that they have better working habits and better sense of service, which has also won him the trust and respect of the Zambian team.
Robirt is responsible for administrative and personnel activities in Kenya. In the face of tedious and transactional work, he always completes it in a planned and orderly manner. In terms of team management, he has built a training system for local employees to help local employees quickly master their own skills and knowledge. He is also a true "local expert", able to say a few simple Chinese casually from time to time, and often he can quickly understand the leader's instructions and accurately convey them to the team members.
ERP system in overseas practical application, the system often has a variety of problems when running, but Patrick is calm, timely formulates solutions and cooperates with the overseas implementation team to check data and debug, and constantly break through the various problem points of the system. In this regard, Patrick said that from a green hand who does not understand the system to being able to independently complete overseas system operation and maintenance work, only by constantly requiring himself to improve his professional knowledge and skills can he challenge the more important tasks given by the group in the future.
